CRESTSX TERMS OF USE AND DISCLIAMER

We are THE CRESTSX (“we”, “us”, “our”, or CRESTSX), please see information of our products, features and terms as defined below;

THE CRESTSX is a decentralized peer-to-peer system which users can access to provide digital asset liquidity and enjoy fundamental features of decentralized non-custodial protocol including order books, matching engines, smart contracts, decentralized application, APIs, and all products and features available via the CRESTSX.

These Terms of use and all documents posted herein the CRESTSX (collectively, “Terms”) to you or any entity (collectively, “you”, “your”, user) have explained all terms and disclaimers by which you access to the CRESTSX. Therefore, please do not attempt to use the CRESTSX if you disagree with any of our Terms. THE CRESTSX IS NOT AVAILABLE AND DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICES TO PERSONS OR ENTITIES WHO ARE RESIDENT IN, ARE INCORPORATED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (COLLECTIVELY, “US PERSONS”). MOREOVER, WE MIGHT BE NOT AVAILABLE AND DO NOT PROVIDE SERVICES IN ANY RESTRICTED TERRITORY WHICH OUR SERVICE IS NOT ALLOWED IN THEIR REGULATIONS (ANY PERSON AND ANY ENTITIY FROM RESTRICTED TERRITORIES, COLLECTIVELY “RESTREICED PERSON”). THEREFORE, IF YOU ARE A US PERSON AND RESTRICTED PERSON, PLEASE DO NOT ATTERMP TO USE THE CRESTSX AND VIRTUAL PRIVATE NETWORK (“VPN”) TO CIRCUMVENT BECAUSE THE RESTRICTIONS SET FORTH HEREIN ARE PROHIBITED.

Please keep in mind that your use of the CRESTSX involves various significant risks, including, but not limited to, financial loss while digital assets are being supplied to the CRESTSX and financial loss due to fluctuation of prices of tokens in a trading pair or liquidity pool. The CRESTSX may be accessed through many browsers on computer or mobile device; you have the responsibility to do your own diligence regarding such browsers to understand the risks that may occur. Meanwhile, you must do your own research and understand how the CRESTSX works and the risks of your use of the CRESTSX.

All transactions appearing or between users on the CRESTSX are executed peer-to-peer directly between the user’s blockchain address through a third-party developed open-source smart contract. We do not have possession, custody, or control over crypto assets or any user’s funds. While using the CRESTSX, only you can always keep and control over your crypto assets. We cannot access to your private keys at all.

The CRESTSX is run independently by smart contracts deployed on BNB Blockchain at the beginning, is made accessible or available on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You expressly understand and agree that use of the CRESTSX is at your sole risk. The CRESTSX does not constitute an account by which CRESTSX’s developer or any other third-party acts as financial intermediaries or custodians. The software code continues to be improved and upgraded by the vote from the community, CRESTSX’s developer, open-source contributors and testnet user. The CRESTSX would run as other decentralize platforms in crypto industry, we cannot warrant that there will be uninterrupted, no bugs, critical errors or fully secure. The holder of CRESTSX token is responsible for doing investigation and managing upgrades and modifications of the CRESTSX.
